The short version. FileKiwi does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any other tracking technology. You do not see a cookie banner here because there is nothing that needs your consent.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, the browser cache, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. Under EU law (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, implemented in Poland by Article 399 of the Electronic Communications Law), storing or reading information on your device needs your consent unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for.

Your files are processed in your browser's memory and are discarded when you close or reload the page. They are not written into cookies or browser storage.

3. Legal basis

The browser cache and any strictly necessary security cookie are essential to deliver the Service you request, so they do not require consent. Any related processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. How to control cookies and the cache

You can block or delete cookies and clear the cache at any time in your browser settings. Help pages: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Clearing the cache only means that our scripts and AI models are downloaded again on your next visit.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors, there is no tracking for these signals to switch off. We respect them by default.

6. Changes

If we ever add analytics, advertising or any other non essential cookie or technology, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent through a clear consent banner before anything non essential is stored on or read from your device. You will be able to refuse or withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.
